Support While You Are at the Blackjack Table

If something interrupts your session — a disconnection mid-hand, a side-bet that did not settle as expected, or a question about how a specific table rule applies — our support channels are available to sort it out. Raise it while the session log is fresh so our team can cross-check the hand history with the studio's records.

Live Chat Reach us through live chat from the account menu. Quote your table name and round ID so we can pull the hand record from the studio log without delay.
Account & Hand History Every blackjack round is logged under your account history. Check the hand outcome, side-bet results and dealer cards from the session tab before contacting support.
Disconnection Policy If your connection drops mid-hand, the studio's server holds the round state. Our team can retrieve the outcome from the studio's session record and credit your account correctly.

Live Blackjack Tables Inside the rezeki44 Lobby

Our live blackjack section covers several table formats across two major studios. Evolution supplies Infinite Blackjack — a single-deck table where unlimited seats sit on the same hand — along with Speed Blackjack for rounds that move quicker than the standard deal cadence. Pragmatic Play Live adds its own multi-hand Blackjack tables with side-bet options like Perfect Pairs and 21+3. Players in

George Town can pull up any of these on a browser or directly through the mobile lobby without switching accounts or reloading their wallet balance. Every stream runs through each studio's own certified RNG and camera setup, so the dealing process is independently verifiable rather than handled on our side alone.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play Standards Across Our Live Blackjack Tables

We do not operate the dealing studios ourselves — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live run their own certified environments with independent audits. What we do on our side is ensure your account balance, side-bet payouts and session records are accurate and accessible from your wallet history at any time.

Studio-Certified Dealing

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold their own third-party certifications for card-shuffle integrity and RNG compliance. We publish the studio name on every table so you can verify it independently.

RTP Shown Where Available

RTP figures for live blackjack are only displayed where the studio exposes them in the table rules panel. We do not invent percentages — check the in-game info tab for the figure the studio publishes.

Session Logging

Every hand dealt to your account is recorded with its timestamp, dealer shoe reference and payout. You can review any session in your account history at any point after play.

Account Security

Your account uses OTP verification at login. Wallet transactions — whether through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay — are tied to your verified account ID before any funds move.

Live Blackjack Terms You Should Know

New to live blackjack or brushing up before you sit at a table? These are the terms that come up most often in real play, explained without the jargon.

What does 'hard hand' mean in blackjack?

A hard hand contains no ace, or an ace counted only as 1. Hard 16 is a common example. The strategy for hard hands differs from soft hands because there is no flexible card value.

What is a 'soft hand' in live blackjack?

A soft hand includes an ace counted as 11 without busting. Soft 17 means an ace plus a 6. The dealer's soft-17 rule — whether they hit or stand — varies by table and is stated in the table rules.

What does 'Double Down' mean?

Doubling down lets you double your original bet after seeing your first two cards, in exchange for receiving exactly one more card. Most tables allow this on totals of 9, 10 or 11.

What is a 'Perfect Pairs' side bet?

Perfect Pairs is a side bet that pays if your first two cards form a pair. A mixed pair pays the lowest rate; a perfect pair — same rank and suit — pays the most. The exact odds are shown in the table info panel.

What does 'Infinite Blackjack' mean?

Infinite Blackjack is an Evolution table format where every seat plays the same two-card hand. Unlimited accounts can join one table simultaneously, each making independent decisions from the same starting cards.

What is the '21+3' side bet?

21+3 combines your two cards with the dealer's face-up card to form a three-card poker hand. Straights, flushes and three-of-a-kind combinations pay out; the exact pay table is in the studio's table info panel.

Questions We Hear Most About Live Blackjack

These are the things people ask before sitting at a live blackjack table for the first time, or when they are switching from a different table format. Straight answers only.

The lobby includes Infinite Blackjack and Speed Blackjack from Evolution, plus Pragmatic Play Live's multi-hand Blackjack tables with Perfect Pairs and 21+3 side bets. The full list is visible once your account is active.

Yes. The live blackjack lobby runs directly in your mobile browser. Load the page, log into your account, select a table and the stream starts without any app download required on iOS or Android.

Open your account wallet and choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay. Confirm the amount, authenticate in your e-wallet app, and the balance appears in your account before you select a table.

The studio server holds the hand state. When you reconnect, the outcome is already settled based on the hand in progress. Contact live chat with your round ID if the payout does not reflect correctly in your account history.

Speed Blackjack deals cards the same way but shortens the decision window. The dealer moves to the next player quickly, so it suits you if you prefer faster rounds and already know basic blackjack strategy.

RTP is only shown where the studio makes it available — look in the in-game info or paytable panel of the specific table. We do not publish figures the studio has not verified and disclosed themselves.
